Intocartoon Base

Intocartoon Base is one of the best applications of its kind to create silhouettes and drawings from photographs.

The results you get from Intocartoon Base can also be achieved with programs like Adobe Photoshop, just not as easily.

Simply select one of the four profiles offered by the program (cartoon, canvas, sketch and line drawing) to obtain an image that looks more like a comic book than the real thing.

If you do not want to use the profiles, you can always change the parameters offered by Intocartoon Base by hand: final size of the image, the outline and the colouring.

Despite being a fairly simple tool, there is also a history feature that allows you to retrace your steps and undo any changes.
